Booty workouts

Having a booty seems to be in high demand. however having a cute and toned booty is a lot better.

Here are a few exercises to help strengthen and tone your butt. I recommend you incorporate them in your weekly routine.

  1. Step Ups (use a step or a bench)
  2. Quadruped Hip Extensions (my favorite 🙂 )
  3. Front Lunges
  4. Squats

Repetitions: 15

Sets : 3 to 4

Frequency: 3 to 4 days a week.
